5.0 PROCEDURE:
5.1 Dismantling:
5.1.1 Detached the equipment if it is an part of machine
5.2 Transfer:
5.2.1 Keep it into the specified S.S container.
5.2.2 Close the container tightly to avoid atmospheric contact
5.2.3 Keep it in on the transfer trolley, otherwise hold in between hand if it is lighter in weight & transfer it to
The specified washing area as per the individual sop of machine cleaning.
5.3 Cleaning
5.3.1 Open the lid of the container in washing area and clean the equipment using running water
5.3.2 Wash again using tape water.
5.3.3 Finally rinse with D.M water.
5.3.4 Clean the carrying container in same fashion & keep the equipment in it & close the lid.
5.3.5 Transfer it to its specified storage area & allow it to dry.
5.3.6 Affix a “CLEANED” tag on it.
