1.0 OBJECTIVE 1.1 To lay down the procedure for Cleaning and operation of Magnifying glass. 2.0 SCOPE 2.1 This SOP is applicable for Cleaning and operation of Magnifying glass in quality control department. 3.0 RESPONSIBILITY 3.1 QC-officer/QC–Executive 4.0 ACCOUNTABILITY 4.1 Head-QC 5.0 PROCEDURE 5.1Cleaning procedure 5.1.1 Handle the Magnifying Glass very carefully. 5.1.2 Cleaning the surface of the glass with clean dry cloth after each use. 5.2General condition 5.2.1 Ensure that the instrument is clean before and after each operation. 5.3Operating procedure 5.3.1 Instrument should be clean and free from Dust/fiber particles. 5.3.2 Take the sample and put the magnifying glass on material which should be tested for text matter and others. 5.3.3 Check the text matter, item code, barcode, red line etc. in foil, carton and box label etc. with the required distance. 5.3.4 After each use clean the surface of glass with dry cloth free from fiber particles. 5.3.5 Keep the magnifying glass in its case, when not in use. |
