Entry/ Exit Procedure For Worker, Staff And Visitors In Primary & Secondary Change Rooms Of Manufacturing & Filling Area

1.0 OBJECTIVE:
1.1 To lay down a procedure to be followed Entry/ Exit Procedure for Worker, Staff And Visitors in Primary & Secondary Change Rooms Of Manufacturing & Filling Area.

2.0 SCOPE:
2.1 This procedure is applicable for Entry/ Exit Procedure For Worker, Staff And Visitors in Primary & Secondary Change Rooms Of Manufacturing & Filling Area.

3.0 RESPONSIBILITY:
3.1 Individual workers/ staff / visitors entering the production area.
3.2 HR shall be responsible for implementation of the procedure as per this SOP.
3.3 Head-Production shall be responsible for the compliance as per this SOP.

4.0 PROCEDURE:
The procedure is laid down to maintain high level of hygiene and sanitation.

4.1 FOR STAFF & WORKS
4.1.1 Access the access card to entry in the change room.
4.1.2 Enter in the primary change room. Remove the street shoes & soxes and keep in the shoe racks provided in the area.
4.1.3 Sit on the ‘cross over bench’ lift both feet together and cross over to the other side.
4.1.4 Unlock and open your locker.
4.1.5 Keep the belongings such as hand bag, purse, jewelry etc. in the locker.
4.1.6 Wear the company uniform (i.e. apron, mask, cap & green colour slipper) and lock the locker. The cleaned uniform whenever required shall be received from the cleaned linear counter.
4.1.7 Insure in the mirror that the dress is properly worn.
4.1.8 Spray the hand with hand Sanitizer.
4.1.9 Now enter in corridor through the other door of the change room and reach to concerned department.
4.1.10 To enter in the manufacturing area, staff shall enter in the secondary change room.
4.1.11 Remove green colour slipper and put in the rack provided in cross over bench.
4.1.12 Sit on the ‘cross over bench’ lift both feet together and cross over to the other side.
4.1.13 Wear face headgear & specified colour dangri black color covered slipper (for process area).
4.1.14 Insure in the mirror that the dress is properly worn.
4.1.15 Spray the hand with Hand Sanitizer.
4.1.16 Enter in the area.
4.1.17 For EXIT from core area, remove dangri & headgear/ black colure slipper and put into locker or laundry basket for washing. Sit on the cross over bench & wear the green colour slipper follow the route to the primary change room, unlock and open the locker, remove the apron, cap, mask and slipper. Keep the uniform and slipper in provided locker or put the uniform in laundry basket trolley for washing.
4.1.18 Collect the belonging and lock the locker. Sit on the cross over bench, cross over and wear the street shoes and soxes from shoe racks.
4.1.19 Access the access card & exit from the area.
4.1.20 Frequency to change uniform is at least twice a week.
4.1.21 Pictorials are attached as per XXX.

4.2 FOR VISITOR
4.2.1 Enter in the change room with concert to concern department head.
4.2.2 Sit on the ‘cross over bench’ take disposable shoe cover from the provided rack and put in to one foot and cross over the leg and put second into the other and cross over the bench to other side.
4.2.3 Take uniform from the almirah kept in to the area.
4.2.4 Wear the company uniform/disposable uniform (i.e. apron, cap & mask).
4.2.5 Ensure complete gowning in the mirror.
4.2.6 Spray the hand with hand sanitizer.
4.2.7 Now enter in to concerned department.
4.2.8 To enter in the core area, visitor shall enter in the secondary change room.
4.2.9 Sit on the ‘cross over bench’ & wear disposable shoes cover lift both feet together and cross over to the other side.
4.2.10 Wear face mask, & white dangri.
4.2.11 Ensure gowning in the mirror.
4.2.12 Spray the hand with Hand Sanitizer and enter into the area.
4.2.13 For EXIT from core area sit on the cross over bench, cross over and remove disposable & shoes cover put in to waste bin, remove dangri & put into the laundry basket, follow the route to the primary change room and remove the company uniform/disposable uniform .Keep the uniform in laundry basket.
4.2.14 Sit on the cross over bench, cross over and remove disposable shoes cover & mask put in to waste bin and exit.
