2.1 This procedure is applicable for all Packing Conveyer Belt.

3.2 Implementation of Preventive maintenance Procedure: Officer Engineering.
3.3 Compliance of Preventive Maintenance Procedure: Head of Engineering Department.

5.0 PROCEDURE:
5.1 BIMONTHLY SCHEDULE:
5.1.1 Switch OFF the power supply of machine from MCC.
5.1.2 Checks the conveyor belt alignment if required do alignment of the belt.
5.1.3 Check and tighten the foundation bolts of the drive motor.
5.1.4 Check the oil level of gear box, top up if required.
5.1.5 Check and tighten all electrical connection of machine.
5.1.6 Check the condition of conveyor roller for lubrication & good working order.
5.1.7 Check the Electrical Motor if it is found any abnormal sound than check the condition of motor bearing if it found any damages than replace the bearing.
5.1.8 Record the observation on Preventive Maintenance checklist and Spare Parts Used.
