SOP for Procedure of Entry And Exit in Production Area 2026

1.0 OBJECTIVE:

1.1 To lay down the procedure for Entry and Exit in production area.

2.0 SCOPE:

2.1 This procedure is applicable for Entry and Exit in production area via personal air lock.

3.0 RESPONSIBILITY:

3.1 All Employee
3.2 Authorized persons
3.3 IPQA-personnel

4.0 ACCOUNTABILITY:

4.1 Head- QA
4.2 Manager -HRD

5.0 PROCEDURE:

5.1 Entry

5.1.1 Only authorized personnel, IPQA persons and all employees are allowed to enter in to the production area.
5.1.2 Visitors shall be accompanied by an authorized person of the company who shall guide them regarding entry and exit.
5.1.3 Enter into the Primary Change Room, remove the street foot-wears & keep in the locker provided in the change room.
5.1.4 Keeps the person belonging like a wristwatch, purses, and other in the personal locker provided for the purpose.
5.1.5 To be wear the inside factory foot wear and sanitize the hand with 70% IPA provided in primary change room.
5.1.6 Push the door and enter into the secondary change room according to floor wise.
5.1.7 Wear the Cap first, adjusting hair well inside the Cap and wear a beard mask (if required).
5.1.8 Wear the gown according to colour code
5.1.9 Take your lint free garments like apron/dangri from the lockers and wear them.
5.1.10 Through mirror check out your proper gowning.
5.1.11 Sanitize your hand with hand sanitizer.
5.1.12 To be cross the cross over bench.
5.1.13 According to nature of Job enter into PAL from the main corridor.

5.2 Exit

5.2.1 Remove the apron/dangri and cap and keep it in SS cabinet.
5.2.2 Wear primary gown and sleeper.
5.2.3 Open the door leading to exit from the primary change room.
