1.0 OBJECTIVE: 1.1 To lay down a procedure for Transfer of Finished Products from Production to Finished Goods Store. 2.0 SCOPE: 2.1 This procedure is applicable for the Transfer of Finished Products from Production to Finished Goods Store. 3.0 RESPONSIBILITY: 3.1 Production Officer/ Supervisor shall check the product name, batch number, date of manufacturing, date of expiry, quantity and release the product for finished goods store. 3.2 IPQA shall verify the product name, batch number, date of manufacturing, date of expiry, quantity. 3.3 Finished Goods Store Officer /Supervisor shall cross check the product name, batch number, date of manufacturing, date of expiry, quantity as per the Finished Good Transfer Slip and receive the material. To Read this SOP Click here SOP for Operation & Cleaning Of Quarantine Storage Tanks. 4.0 PROCEDURE: 4.1 Store Corrugated Boxes of all the finished products on cleaned pallets with keeping Corrugated Boxes front facing and top side up which shall be stored in a manner that facilitates inspection for Production Supervisor / Officer and IPQA personnel. 4.2 Check every Corrugated Box for details like Corrugated Box Number, Name of Product, Batch Number, Date of Manufacturing, Date of Expiry, Quantity Packed, Net Weight/Gross Weight and verify the total numbers of shipper from the weighing sheet of BPR. 4.3 Before transfer of finished products ensure that the finished sample sent to QC for analysis and control & stability sample is withdrawn by IPQA. 4.4 After verification by IPQA, transfer the product to Finished Goods Store with Finished Goods Transfer Slip and record it as per XXX. 5.0 ABBREVIATIONS 5.1 COA : Certificate of Analysis 5.2 QC : Quality Control 5.3 BMR : Batch Manufacturing Record 5.4 IPQA : In process Quality Assurance |
