| 1.0 OBJECTIVE: 1.1 To lay down the procedure to Provide dress colour coding to all employee. 2.0 SCOPE: 2.1 This procedure is applicable for Dress Colour Coding and Issuance of Factory Uniform. 3.0 RESPONSIBILITY: 3.1 Issuance : Supervisor Admin. 3.2 Overall responsibility: HOD HR To read this SOP click here SOP for Cleaning of Factory Uniform And Shoes. 4.0 ABBREVIATIONS 4.1 SOP : Standard Operating Procedure 4.2 N/A : Not Applicable 4.3 HOD : Head of Department To read this SOP click here SOP for Entry And Exit Of Staff And Visitors. 5.0 PROCEDURE: 5.1 Initially give two sets of uniform as per their colour specification given in table I below 5.2 Provide one set of uniform annually to each employee. 5.3 All Staff shall wear the white apron up to primary area of production /store, & for secondary shall be wearing the white color secondary gown for respective area. 5.4 Maintain the Issuance record as per format No. XXX. 5.5 The scope of this SOP is only restricted to provide colour identification. 5.6 For entry/exit of process area, please follow their respective entry/exit sop. 5.7 Colour coding of garment & sleeper mention in the Annexure No. XXX. |
