1.0 OBJECTIVE: 1.1 To lay down a procedure to be followed for Entry/Exit for Worker Staff in Primary Change Room of Packing Area. 2.0 SCOPE: 3.0 This procedure is applicable for the Entry/Exit for Worker Staff in Primary Change Room of Packing Area. 4.0 RESPONSIBILITY: 4.1 Individual worker / staff entering the production block. 4.2 HR shall be responsible for implementation of the procedure as per this SOP. 4.3 Head-Production shall be responsible for the compliance of procedure as per SOP. To read this sop Click here SOP for Collection And Handling Of Control Sample. 5.0 PROCEDURE: The procedure is laid down to maintain high level of hygiene and sanitation. 5.1 FOR WORKS & STAFF 5.1.1 Access the access card to entry in the change room. 5.1.2 Enter in the Primary change room. Remove the street shoes & soxes and keep in the shoe racks provided in the area. 5.1.3 Sit on the ‘cross over bench’ lift both feet together and cross over to the other side. 5.1.4 Unlock and open your locker. 5.1.5 Keep the belongings such as hand bag, purse, jewelry etc. in the locker. 5.1.6 Wear the company uniform (i.e. apron, cap & slipper (blue & Red)) and lock the locker. The cleaned uniform whenever required shall be received from the cleaned linear counter. 5.1.7 Insure in the mirror that the dress is properly worn. 5.1.8 Spray the hand with Hand Sanitizer. 5.1.9 Now enter in corridor through the other door of the change room and reach to packing area. 5.1.10 For EXIT from packing area, remove the uniform /apron, cap and slipper. Keep the uniform and slipper in provided locker or put the uniform in laundry basket for washing. 5.1.11 Collect the belonging and lock the locker. Sit on the cross over bench, cross over and wear the street shoes and soxes from shoe racks. 5.1.12 Access the access card & exit from the area. 5.1.13 Frequency to change uniform is at least twice a week. 5.1.14 Pictorials are attached as per XXX. |
