1.0 OBJECTIVE 1.1 To lay down the procedure for cleaning and operation of Stainless steel scissor. 2.0 SCOPE 2.1 This SOP is applicable for cleaning and operation of Stainless steel scissor in quality control department. 3.0 RESPONSIBILITY 3.1 QC-officer/QC–Executive 4.0 ACCOUNTABILITY 4.1 Head-QC 5.0 PROCEDURE 5.1 Cleaning procedure 5.1.1 Handle the Stainless Steel Scissor very carefully. 5.1.2 Clean the surface of the Scissor with clean dry cloth after each use. 5.2 General condition 5.2.1 Ensure that the Stainless Steel Scissor is clean before and after each operation. 5.3 Operating procedure 5.3.1 Ensure the Scissor is clean and free from any sticking material adhering to the blades. 5.3.2 Take the sample of required length and width and cut the sample with the help of Stainless Steel Scissor as required. 5.3.3 After each use clean the Stainless Steel Scissor with dry cloth free from fiber particles. 5.3.4 Keep the Stainless Steel Scissor in a proper place or in its case, when not in use. |
