1.0 OBJECTIVE:
1.1 To describe the procedure to prepare cleaning solution.
2.0 SCOPE:
2.1 This procedure is applicable for preparation of 0.200% TEEPOL solution.

5.0 PROCEDURE:
5.1 Get Issued TEEPOL from warehouse through General Indent slip.
5.2 Measure 2.0 ml Tiepolo into the measuring cylinder. (Cap NMT 10 ml).
5.3 Add it into the 1.0 Lit. Of DM water.
5.4 Rinse the measuring cylinder with above solution to recover residual amount.
5.5 Use this solution for cleaning purpose wherever applicable.
5.6 Precaution: Always use freshly prepared solution.
