1.1 To describe the procedure for operating the Ultra Prime in Quality Control.
2.0 SCOPE:
2.1 This procedure is applicable for Operating of Ultra Prime in laboratory.
3.0 RESPONSIBILITY:
3.1 Chemist / officer / executive Quality control / designee are responsible to perform the activity as per procedure.
3.2 Head – Quality Control / designee is responsible to ensure proper execution of the procedure.

6.0 PROCEDURE:
6.1 Standby mode of ultra prime
6.1.1 Standby Mode is used only to access the Maintenance and Manager Menus.
6.1.2 Standby Mode is the normal mode for Ultra Prime Water production and delivery The Ultra-Prime System should be left in STANDBY Mode during evenings, weekends and other times of non-use.
6.2 Flush:
6.2.1 FLUSH mode will flush the RO-010 by connecting PE tubing to the drain part aid pur into the sink for 2 minutes initially.
6.3 Escape:
6.3.1 ESCAPE mode is used only to Escape from all the Menus.
6.3.2 Escaping from Standby Menu.
6.3.3 Escaping from Flushing Menu.
6.3.4 Escaping from Production Menu.
6.4 Production:
6.4.1 PRODUCTION mode is used to start the production of Dura-Prime Water. In this mode we will have the timer option also. We can select the time as per capacity in 1 min you can get 950 ml. From this ratio you can select the time as per our choice.
6.5 There are mode and their operation:
6.5.1 Production mode time: In this screen we can select the time according to your water capacity.
6.5.2 Production mode: This screen will appear when production keys pressed by the user. This mode shows: 1. C = Conductivity, 2. R = Resistivity, 3. Temperature, 4. Production of Ultra-Prime Water.
6.5.3 System Idle: This screen shows the system is in Idle mode. In this mode we will found that the tank is filling all the time until it touch the sensor it will continue filling the tank.
6.5.4 Flushing mode: This screen shows the system is in flushing mode. From this option we can flush the dirty water manually. (The system also automatically flush the dirty water).
