1.0 OBJECTIVE: 1.1 To lay down the procedure for Operating and Cleaning of Mini Floor Scrubbing Machine. 2.0 SCOPE: 2.1 This procedure is applicable for operating and cleaning procedure of Mini floor scrubbing machine. 3.0 RESPONSIBILITY: 3.1 Trained Technician shall be responsible for operating of Mini Floor scrubbing machine as per the procedure mentioned in this SOP. 3.2 Production / Supervisor shall be responsible for implementation of the procedure as per this SOP. 3.3 Head-Production shall be responsible for implementation of this procedure. 4.0 PROCEDURE: 4.1 Machine Cleaning Procedure : 4.1.1 Before starting the machine ensure that machine is properly cleaned. 4.1.2 Ensure the clean water tank should be properly clean. 4.1.3 Clean the dirty water tank until it is free from foreign matter. 4.1.4 Remove both front and back Scrubber. To read this SOP click here SOP for Cleaning Procedure For Tanks 1000 Kg And 500 Kg. 4.2 Operating Procedure for Floor Cleaning: 4.2.1 Prepare 0.1%w/v Teepol solution (e.g. 20 gm Teepol in to 20 L of potable water), followed by disinfectant solution. 4.2.2 Fill the fresh water tank of scrubbing machine with soap solution. 4.2.3 Use the right hand side switch to raise/lower the brush head. 4.2.4 Use the handle for fresh water. 4.2.5 Switch on the main brush motor. 4.2.6 Clean the area with proper handling of machine. 4.3 Operating Procedure for floor Sanitization: 4.3.1 Freshly prepare 2.5 %v/v solution of sanitizing agent (Savlon and Dettol). Total volume with water 2.5% V/V Savlon 2.5% V/V Dettol 1000 ml (1.0 Liter) 25 ml. 25 ml. 4.3.2 Fill the fresh water tank of scrubbing machine with Sanitizing agent solution. 4.3.3 Use the Switch to raise/lower the brush head. 4.3.4 Use the handle for fresh water. 4.3.5 Switch on the main Brush motor. 4.3.6 Clean the area with proper handling of machine. 4.3.7 Sanitize the area with sanitizing agent by floor scrubbing machine. 4.3.8 Cleaning and sanitization done shift start, shift end or “B” type cleaning or after any maintenance work done. 4.3.9 The disinfectant solution shell be rotated weekly i.e. Dettol in 1 week, Savlon in 2 week, Dettol in third week and so on. 5.0 ABBREVIATIONS 5.1 SOP : Standard Operating Procedure 5.2 QA : Quality Assurance 5.3 CC NO : Change Control Number |
