| Bath Cleaning of any Instrument |
1.0 OBJECTIVE 1.1 To lay down the procedure for Bath cleaning of any Instrument like water bath,dissolution apparatus, disintegration apparatus etc. 2.0 SCOPE 2.1 This SOP is applicable for Bath cleaning of any Instrument like water bath, Dissolution apparatus, Disintegration apparatus etc. in quality control department. 3.0 RESPONSIBILITY 3.1 QC – Chemist / Officer / Executive 4.0 ACCOUNTABILITY 4.1 Head-QC 5.0 PROCEDURE 5.1 Bath cleaning of such instrument is necessary after some frequency like water bath, dissolution apparatus, disintegration apparatus etc. 5.2 Empty out of water from water bath by using a outlet PVC pipe or by help of outlet of instrument provided at any one side of instrument. 5.3 Clean the tank of instrument by using wet mop inside and clean the tank manually. 5.4 Fill the water tank by purified water/water for injections again and attached the cleaning status label to the tank. 5.5 Prepare the label of bath cleaning, as per format number XXZZ. 5.6 Bath cleaning frequency for any instrument is weekly. |
