1.0 OBJECTIVE: 1.1 To lay down a procedure for the control, Cleaning and Maintenance of Fly Killer. 2.0 SCOPE: 2.1 This procedure is applicable for the Cleaning And Maintenance of Fly Killer. 3.0 RESPONSIBILITY: 3.1 Cleaning & Control: HR department 3.2 Maintenance: Engineering 4.0 ABBREVIATIONS 4.1 SOP : Standard Operating Procedure 4.2 QA : Quality Assurance 4.3 CC NO : Change Control Number To read this SOP click here SOP for Operating And Cleaning Procedure For Automatic Liquid Bottle Filling Machine. 5.0 PROCEDURE: 5.1 CLEANING AND INSPECTION OF FLY KILLER 5.1.1 The personal from HR department shall perform daily checking (working day) on Every fly Killer. 5.1.2 He shall take out the tray from the fly killer which use to collect died insects, and record in the log book which keep along with the fly killer. 5.1.3 After inspection, he shall clean the tray with water. 5.1.4 If found the any problem observed in fly killer or damage, inform to the engineering department to repair it. 5.2 MAINTENANCE 5.2.1 Switch of the power supply of fly killer. 5.2.2 Check the input voltage to the transformer. 5.2.3 Check the output voltage for transformer. 5.2.4 Check the all electrical connection. 5.2.5 Do the cleaning of insect killer. 5.2.6 Check the tube light rods. 5.3 Engineering must do the maintenance of the fly killer as the schedule as below. 5.3.1 Once in a two Month. |
