If solution level is healthy then start the SMBS pump otherwise make 5% SMBS solution by adding 2.5 KG of SMBS into the 50 Liters of water. Start the Pump 111.16.PCS2-01, start Antiscalant Dosing Pump 101.41.PDS7-01, start SMBS Dosing Pump 101.31.PDS7-01 & open ORP Dump Valve 102.14.ADU7-01. If conductivity and ORP is healthy then close dump valve 102.14.ADU7-01 and open service valve 102.14.ADU7-02 and start High pressure pump 111.16.PCS2-02 5.2.1.3 Check the differential pressure at MCF if it is more than 1.5 Kg then replace the Filter and start process again. 5.2.1.4 Check the, reject recirculation and permeate of water in RO-01 on Rota meter. Reject water flow should be 1.16 m3/hr, reject recirculation should be 2.31 m3/hr and permeate water should be 3.48 m3/hr. 5.2.1.5 Pressure of feed water in RO-01 should be 13 Kg/cm² max and rejected pressure should be 12 Kg/cm² max. 5.1.2 MANUAL MODE OFF: 5.1.2.1 Stop High pressure pump 111.16.PCS2-02. 5.1.2.2 Open the dump valve 102.14.ADU7-01 and then after 3 sec 5.1.2.3 Close the service valve 102.14.ADU7-02. 5.1.2.4 Stop MCF feed pump 111.16.PCS2-01, 5.1.2.5 Stop Antiscalant Dosing Pump 101.41.PDS7-01, 5.1.2.6 Stop SMBS Dosing Pump 101.31.PDS7-01 5.1.2.7 Close the dump valve 102.14.ADU7-01. 5.1.2.8 Now switch off the main supply to the panel by means of start switch at the bottom of the panel. To Read this SOP Click Here SOP for Cleaning Operation and Qualification of incubator. 5.1.3 AUTO MODE ON: 5.2.3.1 Switch on the main power supply to the panel by means of starter switch at the bottom of the panel. 5.2.3.2 Switch on the MCB inside the control panel of powering the PLC and HMI. 5.2.3.3 Make sure that the utility supply i.e. compressed air is made available to the system. 5.2.3.4 Click LOG IN button on HMI and select the user level with it’s Password. And then click on Sign in button. 5.2.3.5 After signing Click ON RO1 button. Now press the AUTO ON button. 5.2.3.6 After pressing the AUTO ON button HMI. Now the RO1 system will run automatically, repeating all the function of the manual mode automatically. 5.2.3.7 After pressing auto mode. First system will check level in UF permeate tank. If level is healthy then will open auto dump valve and will start MCF feed pump, Antiscalant dosing pump and SMBS dosing pump. After delay timer of 30 sec will check for ORP. If ORP is healthy then will close dump valve and open service valve by starting high pressure pump. 5.2.3.8 To stop the system press the STOP button and system will stop functioning automatically. 5.2.3.9 All monitoring parameter shall be recorded in log sheet of purified water generation system. 5.2.3.10 Perform sanitization of water generation system as per SOP at a frequency 15 days. 5.1.4 AUTO MODE OFF: 5.2.4.1 To switch off the RO plant in Auto mode, Click LOG IN button on HMI and select the user level with it’s Password. And then click on Sign in button After pressing the password button now press the login button and enter the PASSWORD. 5.2.4.2 After signing Click ON RO1 button. Now press the AUTO OFF button. 5.2.4.3 After pressing the AUTO OFF button on HMI. Now the RO1 system will off automatically. 5.2.4.4 Switch off the MCB inside the control panel of powering the PLC and HMI. 5.2.4.5 Now switch off the main power button. |
