1.0 OBJECTIVE: 1.1 To lay down a procedure for Maintenance of Air Handling Unit. 2.0 SCOPE: 2.1 This procedure is applicable the Air handling unit. 3.0 RESPONSIBILITY: 3.1 Preventive Maintenance : concerned Technician/operator 3.2 Implementation & follow up: Officer/Supervisor Engineering 3.3 Overall Responsibility : In-charge Engineering To Read this SOP Click here SOP for Operation & Cleaning Of Quarantine Storage Tanks. 4.0 ABBREVIATIONS 4.1 SOP : Standard Operating Procedure 4.2 AHU : Air handling Unit 4.3 CC NO : Change Control Number 4.4 DDC : Digital Display Control 5.0 PROCEDURE: 5.1 BIMONTHLY SCHEDULE: 5.1.1 Switch off the main power supply by control panel and hang the Preventive Maintenance display board on the electrical control panel. 5.1.2 Check the blower and motor alignment. If it is disturbed then rectify it. 5.1.3 Check all nuts and bolts if it found loose so that tight the nut and bolts. 5.1.4 If required clean coil with soft water and compressed air. 5.1.5 Check the all doors gasket conditions if not found ok change the gaskets. 5.1.6 Check & tightened the connection of panel and clean the panel with Vacuum cleaner/Air. 5.1.7 Check the any abnormal sound of the unit. (Start the AHU to check this point). 5.1.8 Check supply and return dampers condition if is found any air leakage than repair it. (Start the AHU to check this point). 5.1.9 Record all the observations in the Preventive Maintenance checklist and in list for all the spare parts used or changed. |
